ABOUT LILLA (she/her)
It's always hard to sum yourself up in a paragraph, but let's just say I've done a little bit of a lot of things in this lifetime - and I never stop marveling at the way in which everything is truly connected! I am a passionate advocate for community and greater sharing/understanding of all of the infinite healing modalities out there. On some level, healing entails a belief in the fact that anything is possible - in other words, that magic is real. And it is! (Don't forget, yesterday's "magic" often becomes tomorrow's science)
ABOUT MY VISUAL ART
Much of my artwork draws inspiration from cartoon and caricature, as well as the Spartan beauty of Eastern inkwork and printmaking. I also strongly question the assertion that objects can be "inanimate" - I embrace a holistic Shinto-derived worldview and believe that everything around us, no matter how small, humble, or quiet, has a unique soul worthy of admiration and description.
